These Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging (SMS) program operated by The LAB Martial Arts and Fitness Center LLC (“The LAB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Program Description

When you provide your mobile phone number on our free-trial or tour booking forms at thelabeaston.com and opt in, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry and enrollment. These include free-trial and tour confirmations, appointment and class reminders, scheduling updates, and customer-care replies.

Consent

By submitting your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive automated and manual text messages at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You confirm you are the account holder or have authorization to opt in this number.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us (for example, when you book a trial or have an upcoming class).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. The LAB does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To resubscribe, reply START.
