Folk-Style & Collegiate Techniques

Our program focuses on folk-style and collegiate wrestling — the formats used in middle school, high school, and college competition. Athletes learn takedowns, escapes, reversals, pins, and riding techniques through progressive drilling and live wrestling.

Strength & Conditioning

Wrestling demands elite fitness. Our training integrates sport-specific conditioning that builds the explosive power, grip strength, and cardiovascular endurance wrestlers need to dominate in the third period.

Live Wrestling & Competition Prep

Regular live wrestling sessions simulate match conditions, building the situational awareness and competitive instincts that separate good wrestlers from great ones.
